Bridge frame is a supporting part of supporting cable. It is easy to install and repair. It is widely used in weak current engineering. The bridge is composed of straight line segment (1-4m in length), three-way, four-way, elbow, bracket, lead-down device and connecting piece. Cable bridge is generally divided into trapezoidal, trough, tray three forms. All the bridges in this project are grooved. The inner and outer surfaces of the bridge are all electroplated.

Pre-installation preparation
The type and specification of cable bridge frame have been determined in the construction drawing. The laying line is only schematic in the construction drawing, and the exact length of the line, three-way, four-way, etc. are generally not expressed. This requires re-testing to determine the exact length of each part, the number of accessories and the manufacturing size of the support and hanger. After re-testing, the reserve plan is put forward.

Stereotyping bracket installation
The setting bracket is composed of two parts: the main column and the bracket. The main column is fixed on the beam or the roof with steel expansion bolts, and the bracket is fixed on the top of the column. The column is made of angle steel and has rows of rectangular holes on it, which can adjust the elevation of the supporting wall.
The length of the bracket is equal to the width of the bridge. The bracket is installed on the column.

Bracing Requirements of Bridge Frames
When the bridge is laid horizontally, the spacing between supports is generally 1.5-3 M. When the bridge is laid vertically, the spacing fixed on the structure should be less than 2 m. When laying metal slots, brackets or hangers should be set up in the following situations: slot joint; spacing 3 m; two ports 0.5 m away from the slot; turning point. The distance between fixed points at the bottom of plastic groove is generally 1 m. Grooves and lattice grooves must be communicated. The groove cover can be opened and level with the ground. Waterproof measures should be taken at the outlet of the cover and socket.
The width of groove should be less than 600 mm.

Installation of pull-down device
When the cable enters and exits the bridge frame, it should be through the lead-down device. The function of the lead-down device is to protect the cable, increase the bending radius of the cable, select the form of the lead-down device according to the lead-down position of the cable, adopt on-site processing, and install rubber coils at the two ports of the steel pipe in the lead-down device. The cable lead-down device is clamped on the bridge frame, and at the place where the lead-down device is installed, the reinforcement support and suspension frame should be added.
